We are pleased to let you know that we will be joining forces with Signify, one of our main customers. Signify will hold a 51% stake. This transaction will bring additional scale, innovation power and access to patented technologies to further drive cost efficiencies and enhance our product development, including connected lighting offerings.

As a consequence of this we are happy to inform you that products sourced from and manufactured by us will, from October 1st 2019, be covered by the patented technology owned by Signify to the degree these products benefit from these patents. This may be of interest to you especially in view of the Signify EnabLED licensing program.
